In terms of how much chorizo it makes, this recipe will produce about ½ cup of cooked chorizo. The recipe can easily be doubled or tripled, however, if you want more food. Let’s get right to it and find out how to do it!

To start, add your ground pork to a large mixing bowl. Afterward, add the vinegar as well as the spices, including the paprika, taco seasoning, cumin, and garlic powder.

Here is the perfect recipe to cook chorizo every single time. Every bite of this homemade Mexican chorizo is jam-packed with flavors that are meaty and juicy. You can have this protein for breakfast or lunch, and it's ridiculously easy to make. Follow a few simple steps and you'll be done in 15 minutes.


  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. ground pork meat
