1. Dr.Pepper Cupcakes
These Dr.Pepper cupcakes are amazing and sure to knock anyone’s socks off! As long as you have some chocolate cake mix, you can make these simple desserts. You can even make them gluten-free. These tasty cupcakes are topped with decadent Dr. Pepper frosting that makes them even more tempting. To add that extra touch, you can add a straw to the chocolate truffles to create edible bubbles. The muffins were moist and delicious as well. At work, everyone loved them and no one was even aware that they were gluten-free.
Having been stumped as to what I could do for his birthday, I decided to make these bad boys. Here are some cakesicles you can make with this cake. My husband is so considerate of my gluten-free dietary needs and has made gluten-free pancakes for me every weekend since I was diagnosed with celiac disease thirteen years ago. Cooking is actually my preferred activity. However, I must admit that these Dr. Pepper cupcakes turned out wonderfully!

2. Andes Mint Cupcakes
For those of you who have been reading me for a long time, you know that I am not a chocolate or mint fan. In spite of this, Andes Mints are simply irresistible. Their creamy texture and double the amount of chocolate make them a better choice than mints. My solution was to create a cupcake version of these candies, which I enjoyed making. The classic Andes Mint candy has been turned into a cupcake in this recipe for Andes Mint Cupcakes. Trying it might surprise you! The moist crumb of these chocolate cupcakes is achieved by using a homemade recipe.
Cool minty buttercream frosting counterbalances the chocolate cupcakes with a light and airy flavor. For the frosting, I chose a light mint flavor to avoid overpowering it. Like Andes Mints, it has a more chocolate-to-mint taste ratio. When baking cupcakes, make sure you don’t overbake them. Drying them out will occur if you leave them in the oven too long. For a tasty and moist chocolate cupcake that doesn’t contain mint, see my recipe here. Now let’s turn our attention to a more friendly version of Andes Mints.

3. Santa Cupcakes
This delicious chocolate cupcake is topped with an adorable little buttercream Santa with a heart! For the eyes and nose of my little Santa cupcakes, I used chocolate chips and red M&M in addition to the buttercream. There is so much simplicity, ease, and most importantly, no fondant needed in this recipe! The best thing about eating what you see is that it tastes great!
What could possibly be wrong with this face? Making faces on desserts without appearing creepy is simple when you use mini chocolate chips for your eyes. You can prove my claim by looking at my Easter bunny cupcakes. Whether you’re hosting a party or bringing the treat, these Santa cupcakes will steal the show. Having the kids help decorate them will be a lot of fun.

4. Campfire Cupcakes
During my childhood, I spent a lot of time camping with my family. Our family would often camp in Ontario Provincial Parks during the summer as kids. Summer treats like these Campfire Cupcakes are perfect for the summer. This dessert is adorable to take with you on an outdoor adventure or for a camping-themed party! Our extended family sometimes joins us and makes it an extended gathering.
It is still my favorite thing about camping to sit around a campfire. The great thing about hiking in the woods or swimming in a freshwater lake is that you get to see wildlife. My favorite part of summer is a campfire, especially at night when it’s pitch dark. Basically, these Camp Fire Cupcakes make for the best summer party treats. A chocolate cupcake topped with buttercream and roasted marshmallows lets you bring the campfire with you. Taste these eye-catching treats and you’ll be transported back to summers gone by.

5. Snickerdoodle Cupcakes
For our daughter’s 9th birthday, I made this easy cupcake recipe for the first time. Her big snickerdoodle cookie phase led to these cupcakes, which were just what she needed for a celebration! A snickerdoodle cupcake will satisfy your sweet tooth if you love snickerdoodle cookies! Cake flour and buttermilk make these cupcakes so tender and moist, and butter and cream cheese in the spiced icing make them smooth and rich. The classic cookie is transformed into cupcakes with a cinnamon flavor based on Snickerdoodles.
You’ll love these easy cupcakes topped with tangy cream cheese frosting. This cinnamon cake is perfect for a birthday party or any celebration where cinnamon is involved! In addition to having a hint of snickerdoodle tang, these cupcakes are also topped with cream of tartar. You won’t need any tricky techniques or ingredients for this recipe. In case your family is anything like mine, these won’t last long on your dessert menu just over a week from Christmas.

6. Frappuccino Cupcakes
Although I shared these with Kyle as well, I made them for myself in the end. There is a good reason for this! Create cupcakes that taste just like your favorite Starbucks frappuccino! A vanilla bean caramel drizzle topped with an espresso cupcake is a match made in heaven. As a Friday afternoon treat this summer, I have been enjoying my go-to Starbucks drink, a caramel frappuccino with whipped cream, which I rarely order.
It was my birthday on Sunday! My preference for what type of birthday dessert is made for or by me is less fussy as I approach the celebration. The only thing I requested for my birthday growing up was a marbled cake filled with chocolate buttercream. In order to meet this request, I didn’t make any compromises. This summer, I had dreamed up caramel frappuccino cupcakes that I wanted to make. It is almost mandatory to have whipped cream frosting and snipped green straws in order to make a real caramel frappuccino cupcake.

7. Candy Cane Cupcakes
This year, I would like to share my candy cane cupcakes recipe with you. The combination of chocolate and mint is one of my favorite holiday flavors, and candy canes are so iconic of the festive season, regardless of whether or not you eat them. Chocolate and mint flavors are the main reasons for the candy cane. When you combine mint candy canes with delicious chocolate cupcakes, you get the cutest and most delicious results! It’s amazing how pretty they are!
I am here once again with a tasty treat after another year that has been one of the weirdest ever. Despite the difficult year we have had, let’s try and enjoy this festive season as much as we can. Cupcakes made with candy canes are the perfect Christmas treat. This easy recipe turns out just like candy canes with its moist vanilla muffins topped with whipped cream frosting and candy canes. I’m making Christmas cupcakes more and more often.

8. Blood Orange Chocolate Cupcakes
These Blood Orange Chocolate Cupcakes are fresh, delicious, and here today to share with you. Send these cupcakes, including yourself, to that special someone this Valentine’s Day. We’re about to bake cupcakes, but let’s talk about winter citrus first! I’m in love with blood oranges, grapefruits, and Meyer lemons, too. Our bodies are capable of surviving cold winter nights for these reasons. Sadly, I’ve never indulged in any other than blood oranges. But grapefruit and Meyer lemons are on the horizon, and I’m looking forward to sharing those recipes.
These blood orange chocolate cupcakes are a continuation of our blood orange escapades the past few weeks, which included this blood orange Moscow mule, this delicious blood orange mimosa cake, and this blood orange Moscow mule. Sweet and bold are two of the qualities that make blood oranges so unique. You should bake with them while they are still in season before they disappear! Finished with edible candied blood oranges dipped in chocolate, they are topped with a blood orange frosting.

9. Christmas Light Cupcakes
The best vanilla buttercream frosting and a chocolate cake mix are used to make these Christmas Light Cupcakes. The cookies would be a wonderful addition to a Christmas bake sale. One of the contestants in the Holiday Baking Championship made a cake surrounded by Christmas lights. What a cute thing! I never saw anything like that before. An M&M was pushed into the cake on its side, giving it a 3D appearance. I loved it, so I made these Christmas Light Cupcakes with it as inspiration. Their cuteness doesn’t stop there; they’re also delicious.
Kids will love decorating this recipe so you can try it with them. You can try this recipe with your kids by decorating it together. You can make these with your favorite cake mix, and they are very easy to decorate. Candy canes shaped like lights are popular among children. The cookies can be topped with green frosting to resemble Christmas trees. Decorations can be made from different types of candies, and a star can be added as well.

10. Ultimate Nutella Cupcakes
It must have been hilarious to watch the first person who paired chocolate with hazelnuts take that historic first bite, I’d love to see their face. The perfect combination of Nutella Buttercream, Nutella Buttercream topping, and Ferrero Rocher candy garnish makes these Nutella Cupcakes truly amazing! There’s nothing better than Nutella! Ultimate Nutella Cupcakes have something magical about them.
To appreciate all the innovations and discoveries humans have made with food and baking over time, one does not have to travel back in time. One of my favorite Christmas stories has always been How the Grinch Stole Christmas! Besides the book, I love the TV special and the movies! But I can’t imagine what it would have been like for the people who had to figure all of that out to make the baked treats and goodies we enjoy today possible! Inside each one is a delicious Nutella filling. Birthdays, parties, and celebrations are all perfect occasions for these cocoa-laden Nutella Cupcakes. You can’t go wrong with this for Nutella lovers.

11. Pumpkin Spice Latte Cupcakes
Cupcakes with pumpkin spice latte filling are the perfect autumn dessert. A moist and tender cake filled with warm spices, topped with silky smooth latte buttercream, and topped with cinnamon sugar. Introducing sweater weather with this delicious dessert cupcake. With September just around the corner, pumpkin spice lattes are all the rage. Even though it’s weird, I prefer iced pumpkin spice lattes over hot ones. Cold beverages allow me to taste the flavors better, according to my opinion.
It makes sense now. I guess we all know about Starbucks’ infamous sour drink. There must be something in it, but I didn’t taste anything like pumpkin spice. They are delicious pumpkin spice latte cupcakes! Initially, there is a hint of coffee flavor, which isn’t too strong, but then comes the amazing pumpkin spice flavor. In addition to the light, airy whipped cream topping, the caramel drizzled on top creates the perfect finish. One of the reasons I like these Pumpkin Spice Latte Cupcakes is because they are so delicious.

12. Grinch Cupcakes
It was while looking for that recipe that I discovered this one with a heart in the middle. Every year during the holidays, my family watches The Grinch at least once, and when I was a teacher, we always had Grinch Days at the school. The story centers around a little girl named Cindy Lou Who, who changes the Grinch’s perspective on the Christmas season. A smile might even break out on the Grinch’s face when he sees these cute green cupcakes.
How the Grinch Stole Christmas has always been a favorite of mine for Christmas! Aside from the book, I am a huge fan of the TV special and movie as well! In honor of the Grinch, I’m trying out a whole bunch of Grinch-themed Christmas ideas this year. This adorable Grinch cupcake with a heart inside is too cute not to share! Due to my need to do something extra, of course, I made Grinch cupcakes with a heart inside and a Grinch face on top! Because I enjoyed making this Grinch bingo game so much, I decided to do a few other Grinch-inspired projects as well.

13. Fireball Cupcakes
You need to make these for anyone who loves fireballs! It’s easy to make these Fireball Cupcakes, but they’re packed with flavor! You can’t go wrong with these cinnamon-flavored cocktails and some Fireball Whisky shots. Buttercream frosting may look pretty, but don’t be deceived. In addition to cinnamon whiskey, it has a little bourbon! You’re going to love these Fireball Cupcakes. Father’s Day, Bachelor Parties, and birthdays are all great occasions for this.
With booze in both the cupcake batter and the cream cheese frosting, this is a great way to start any party. Combined with the Fireball Jello Shots, these desserts have a smooth cinnamon flavor profile and a moist and tender texture. A fluffy Fireball frosting tops these alcohol-infused cupcakes, but don’t let its innocent look fool you, it’s also infused with whiskey to add some extra kick.

14. Gingerbread Cupcakes
I think we’re closing in on the finish line. Now that Christmas is just around the corner, my kids ask me every five minutes how many days are left until the big day. It’s almost time for me to finish shopping. The kids visited Santa, and by the miracle of miracles, they all sat on his lap and told him what they wanted for Christmas. The kids were not scared, there were no tears. Now that the holidays are here, I’m ready to relax and enjoy some time with family, food, and fun. We are in the middle of one of the best seasons of the year. This is the last dessert I will be posting for the year. Going a little crazy with the Christmas baking this month has been fun, but it will be good to get back to normal.
Moreover, I enjoyed making these Gingerbread Cookie Cupcakes. Gingerbread has never been my favorite, but I am now discovering how much I have missed out on it. Make sure the gingersnaps you make are soft and you can use your favorite recipe for gingersnaps. It was a perfect holiday cupcake made with everything coming together so well. Christmas is still a few days away so I’ll be baking as much as I can, including another batch of these Gingerbread Cookie Cupcakes!

15. Shoofly Cupcakes
Golden Barrel’s finest products make these gifts sure to impress. In case you are from Lancaster County, you are going to love them. Neither Golden Barrel light brown sugar nor Supreme Baking Molasses are used to sweeten the cake portion. The cake flavor is enhanced by the combination of the two ingredients. It’s unlikely that I would consider myself a shoofly fan at all. In Lancaster County, I’d never heard of shoofly pie before moving here many moons ago. My favorite type of shoofly is now many years later.
There is something interesting about Shoofly cake. Baking a chocolate cake with boiling water is similar to whipping up an old-fashioned chocolate cake. Due to the thickness of molasses, this makes perfect sense to me. It’s best to avoid cake that’s covered in sticky substances. What wonderful icing! I cannot express how much I love it! The butter tastes amazing, and it’s not too sweet. This icing recipe compliments cakey counterparts well because it’s spiced with cinnamon and contains crumbs. The experience will totally blow you away.

16. Red Velvet Cupcakes
On my blog, red velvet cupcakes have been the most requested recipe over the past year. In the past few years, I’ve become a big fan of red velvet cake. Make red velvet desserts all year round, not just on Valentine’s Day! While red velvet desserts make gorgeous decorations for Valentine’s Day and Christmas, there is no need to use seasonal ingredients.
You may need this motivation to follow through with your plans to make a red velvet dessert. For crowd-pleasing desserts, I make these homemade red velvet cupcakes. There are few people who don’t like the unique flavor of red velvet, and they’re quick and easy to make! At my friend’s wedding, a lavish 3-layer slice of red velvet cake made me fall in love with it. Served with a homemade cream cheese frosting, they’re easy to make.

You can make these easy chocolate and vanilla marble cupcakes in no time at all. These cupcakes are so tender and moist and so pretty and delicious that you wouldn’t even need to serve them with swirled frosting.
There is nothing better about these cupcakes than the Marble Cream Cheese Frosting. Besides the wonderful flavor, the frosting has a marbled look that I love. Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting was made by combining half of my Cream Cheese Frosting recipe with melted chocolate. A fantastic chocolate cream cheese frosting was created! This cake has a delicious chocolate flavor that is complemented by creamy vanilla and cream cheese. As a result, I will add it to everything I bake in the future.

18. Snowman Cupcakes
Among my favorite easy Christmas treats to make this year are the old-fashioned pinwheel cookies, the Italian wedding cookies, the easy spiced rum cookies, the chocolate peppermint cookies, my Christmas tree cupcakes, and these adorable snowman cupcakes. Bake delicious Christmas cookies, cakes, and cupcakes, and make homemade candy for Christmas! Our family has a tradition of doing this. Since years ago, these cupcakes have been a staple in our bakery! They’re so adorable, and the kids love to decorate them.
My old-fashioned pecan divinity candy is also a good choice if you like making candy. Making Christmas cupcakes is a great activity for both kids and adults. If you want to make these adorable snowman cupcakes, keep a steady hand when piping the eyes and mouth. Cupcakes decorated with marshmallows and frosting are super cute and fun snowman-inspired Christmas treats! Snowy Christmases aren’t my thing. Palm trees make Christmas better, but since I live in WI, I haven’t seen any yet.

19. Eggnog Cupcakes
Every year, people look forward to eggnog. There’s no need to confine eggnog to festive party punch bowls the night before Christmas. It’s time to give eggnog a spotlight this holiday season! This is without a doubt one of the most popular flavors at Christmas time. Whether you love eggnog or hate it, it’s either one or the other. The in-between doesn’t exist to me. Despite my best friend’s dislike, I love it. I love making eggnog cookies, eggnog cake, and eggnog pie as holiday sweets for my family. With eggnog pancakes and eggnog crumb cake for breakfast, I even incorporate it into the menu! Even so, I somehow haven’t shared Eggnog Cupcakes with you.
Eggnog cupcakes that are fluffy, rich, creamy, and light. Additionally, a buttercream frosting is topped with eggnog. Holidays are best celebrated with eggnog, a classic holiday flavor. I promise you, my eggnog doesn’t taste like eggs. You’ll usually smell eggy if your mixture is undercooked. When I was a child, my grandma used to say that the eggs were cooked with hot milk and alcohol. The eggnog lovers in your family will love this recipe. It’s absolutely the best thing ever if you’ve tried my homemade eggnog recipe!

20. Peppermint Chocolate Cupcakes
It took me so long to come up with my favorite chocolate cupcake recipe, and I’m so glad I did! Despite trying many chocolate cupcake recipes, I haven’t really found one that I enjoyed. My recipe is based on my own creation. It’s great to have chocolate cupcakes like this. I also appreciate how fluffy and pretty these cupcakes are, even after they are taken out of the oven they do not sink down and flatten out. In spite of their pretty, rounded tops, they hold their shape well. These peppermint chocolate cupcakes are perfect for the holidays! With a peppermint flavor pairing, these brownies are deliciously chocolaty.
Peppermint chocolate cupcakes are a perfect combination of flavors for me. There are peppermint chocolate cupcakes topped with milk chocolate ganache, peppermint cream cheese frosting, and crushed candy canes sprinkled on top. All of them sounded delicious to me. You can also use a buttercream frosting instead of cream cheese frosting if you don’t like cream cheese frosting. While creating this recipe, I contemplated the pros and cons of buttercream frosting and cream cheese frosting.

21. Christmas Ornament Cupcakes
This cute Christmas Ornament cupcake recipe was made for a customer a few years ago. Because of the many compliments I have gotten on them, I thought I would post how I made them this holiday season. In this tutorial, I’ve created an easy way to decorate Christmas ornament cupcakes. Create a cupcake ornament using cake paint, frosting, and white almond bark.
Not the cupcakes themselves, but a tutorial for the ornament cupcake toppers. This tutorial begins with the preparation of pre-baked cupcakes. If you are looking to reduce the overall sugar in your holiday treats, these cupcakes will be perfect for you. These adorable and truly unique ornaments are so easy to decorate, even your little ones can get involved. We can still spread holiday cheer even though we are not celebrating in the usual way by gifting these cupcakes, which are easily personalized with custom frosting!

22. Reindeer Cupcakes
Only a few days remain until Christmas! My presents have been wrapped and my family’s Christmas cards have been sent: now all I need is a Christmas tree! It has been a Christmas movie marathon since mid-November and I’m still watching every day with a cup of hot chocolate. It’s impossible for me to ever get tired of Christmas romance stories featuring mistletoe, perfect snow, and flying reindeer. These cute cakes are nothing new, they have been featured on many blogs. Despite my search, I couldn’t find a good how-to article, so I put my own spin on it.
You can make pretzel antlers in a variety of ways, but I like this method because it is the easiest to pack and deliver. The Christmas baking season is the perfect time for these reindeer cupcakes! With homemade hot fudge filling and chocolate fudge frosting, this cupcake is moist and decadent. As Rudolph the red-nose reindeer, these cupcakes are decorated with pretzels.

23. Snowflake Cupcakes
There is nothing my daughter loves more than sprinkles! Despite my best efforts, I cannot allow her to eat them on anything; however, every now and then I make these snowflake-sprinkled cupcakes that she adores. With some royal icing snowflakes, these chocolate cupcakes are made even more special. The frosting was colored sky blue with Americolor brand coloring. These sprinkles are made from sequined snowflakes from cake-mate. In your local supermarket, you will find them.
Making the wooden icing snowflakes is pretty easy, and they’ll last quite a while. It is crucial that you make twice as many snowflakes as you would like because many will break as you move them from the parchment paper. When you make thick lines of royal icing and let them dry for a long time, you have a better chance of preventing breakage, but they are still very delicate, and they are bound to break eventually. Nothing makes me happier than cupcakes. You’ll love these moist and tasty treats. An icing of vanilla frosting and snowflakes tops the cake.

24. Christmas Wreath Cupcakes
Since I was a kid, I have created many different holiday-inspired baked goods, from towering Christmas tree cakes to gingerbread houses. As holiday lights are stringed up in shopping centers and wreaths are hung, I realized that wreath designs would make great cupcake toppers. After designing these cute little wreath cupcakes, I got to work piping them and was squealing with delight. The decorations are so festive!
This spread involves three different wreath designs that I love so much that I will show you how to create them all. All three designs look great together because the textures and colors are so different. There is no need to choose all three designs, you can stick with one or two. Regardless of the wreath cupcake assortment you make, your holiday dessert table is sure to be merry with them.

25. Christmas Tree Cupcakes
Christmas tree-shaped confections continue to inspire my recipes, serving as desserts and tabletop decor at the same time. Consider this quick and easy alternative featuring edible cupcake toppers made from pretzels, candy melts, and sprinkles if the original version didn’t grab your attention. Easy-to-make, fairly festive Christmas trees made from ice cream cones, buttercream, and powdered sugar are decorated with rich, moist chocolate cupcakes.
You can also try my spritz cookies or my Christmas cupcakes for a delicious holiday recipe! The Chocolate Christmas Tree Cupcakes feature cream cheese frosting, pretzel sticks, candy melts, and edible Christmas trees. Just look at how festive those handheld cakes are! Best of all the tree toppers can be made in advance and stored in the fridge until you’re ready to decorate your seasonal sweet.

26. Caramel Apple Cupcakes
It’s officially falling, and what better time to enjoy what the season has to offer? A caramel apple is the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten. In our family tradition, we buy one as soon as we leave Apple Hill and eat it all the way home. This is my favorite caramel apple recipe yet, and I am inspired to create more every year. As I say every year, I realize how repetitive I am. Apple cupcakes are moist, delicious, and topped with a salted caramel frosting that’s reminiscent of a caramel apple.
In this dessert, you will find both the sweet and salty taste of caramel combined with the fruity taste of this dessert. This is a truly genius idea. Bake a cupcake with the taste of a caramel apple and you’ll never know what’s missing. Apple cupcakes are topped with a thick and creamy caramel layer for this dessert. It feels as if I’m biting into an apple when I’m eating these Caramel Apple Cupcakes. Cupcakes like these have a great apple taste and are moist.

There’s something so incredible about these cupcakes and yet they’re so simple to make. In a beautifully small package, classic flavors are combined.
Cupcakes with a light sweetness, a touch of cinnamon, and a touch of sweetness. These desserts have all the flavors of traditional desserts and will quickly become a favorite. You will make it a staple in your kitchen just like Simply Beautiful Homemade Cake. The vanilla buttermilk cupcakes are moist and fluffy, their ricotta filling is creamy and sweet, and they are crowned with rich chocolate whipped cream. Additionally, you can add some orange zest or cinnamon zest to the cupcakes to make them taste like traditional cannolis.

28. Elf Snowball Cupcakes
Whenever I think about holidays or traditions, I associate them with one another. It is the traditions associated with the holiday season that make it so special. The memories that you create every year with your family are the ones that you cherish the most. Christmas is celebrated in many ways, such as counting down to the holiday, visiting certain Christmas light displays, and eating special treats like Snowball Elf Cupcakes. A gathering of the whole family takes place at one of the kids’ houses on Christmas Eve. Then we indulge in sweets and snacks while opening one gift.
I usually try a new dessert each year, because, well, I am a dessert lover. These Elf Cupcakes will be my contribution this year. As a basis, I used a delicious recipe for dark chocolate cupcakes. The color of that is incredibly dark! Almost black, but so tasty! Creating a memorable holiday treat has never been easier than with Hershey’s products! For the truly sweet tooth, you can add things like Hershey’s dark chocolate chips or Reese’s peanut butter chips to the batter.
