Cassava is a staple food all over the world where it is cooked, crushed, sprinkled, and eaten in any way.

There are actually two different ways to make cassava flour. One way is to remove the starch and the other is to grind the whole root into flour. Otto is the second type, storing little protein and a fair amount of fiber. However, compared to coconut flour, there is no discussion of fiber. There is four times as much coconut flour!

It is also gluten and nut-free, as well as the necessary cassava flour. However, the Iyas got a lot of points for being free from beehives and GMOs.

This flour has the same problems as Otton today when viewed as a substitute for coconut flour.
